Josh Craven Indo Search

JOSH CRAVEN.

As well as being a husband and father to 3 children, I am a volunteer football coach, an amateur triathlete, the resident family chef, and a music lover. 

 

In my role as Founding Partner of Indo Search, I dedicate my work-life to recruitment in MedTech/HealthTech and have been finding hard-to-find professionals in specialist job markets since before LinkedIn.

 

Prior to founding Indo Search, I worked for a large life sciences recruitment company establishing and managing their new MedTech division. Within my time as a recruiter, I have thrived as a company award-winning consultant, a team leader and a mentor.

 

I love working in the progressive and dynamic MedTech industry, I’m super proud to be able to contribute to the success of a company by finding them high-calibre, high-performing professionals.

 

I wear many hats within the business including financial controller, digital marketer and head-hunter but first and foremost, I consider myself to be a Recruitment Consultant.

 

Helping organisations to find the best person, someone who can really thrive within their organisation, remains my primary, everyday goal.

RIDDA MICHAIL.

Reaching a milestone of 20 years of experience in recruitment should feel like I have got to a peak in my career but I'm always striving to learn new things in Talent Acquisition, MedTech, and from the fascinating people I meet every day. It’s been an exciting journey, filled with new challenges and opportunities.

 

I am passionate about what I do and love seeing the difference that I can make in people’s careers, especially in the MedTech space where they can make such a positive impact on patients' lives.

 

When I'm not working in Medical Technology I love coaching grassroots football where I have built a fantastic group of over 20 players of ranging abilities for two teams (The Bears) in North Hampshire.

 

As well as being a Sister at Frimley Park Hospital and a Healthcare visitor, Charlie, my wife is my most trusted football counsellor. My children enjoy sports with my daughter being part of two netball teams and my son playing in one of the Bears teams I coach and recently starting at another football team too (with Josh!). As a family we enjoy travelling, trying different worldwide foods and movies. 

 

If I'm not on a pitch coaching then I'm in the games room enjoying my other guilty pleasure, video gaming.
