JOSH CRAVEN.
As well as being a husband and father to 3 children, I am a volunteer football coach, an amateur triathlete, the resident family chef, and a music lover.
In my role as Founding Partner of Indo Search, I dedicate my work-life to recruitment in MedTech/HealthTech and have been finding hard-to-find professionals in specialist job markets since before LinkedIn.
Prior to founding Indo Search, I worked for a large life sciences recruitment company establishing and managing their new MedTech division. Within my time as a recruiter, I have thrived as a company award-winning consultant, a team leader and a mentor.
I love working in the progressive and dynamic MedTech industry, I’m super proud to be able to contribute to the success of a company by finding them high-calibre, high-performing professionals.
I wear many hats within the business including financial controller, digital marketer and head-hunter but first and foremost, I consider myself to be a Recruitment Consultant.
Helping organisations to find the best person, someone who can really thrive within their organisation, remains my primary, everyday goal.
